Gotta say, Pinky (from Pinky and the Brain) is probably my favourite cartoon character ever. I love his design, and him being a lovable idiot only adds to that. :v (also this is an extremely rare fan art piece from me)

also this is probably the closest i've ever gotten to actually inking successfully
